GM Treasures policies

Shipping dates

You can purchase a GM Treasure any time. Subscriptions purchased this season are scheduled to ship starting from the following season. We strive to ship every season's edition of GM Treasure on the following dates: 15 March, 15 June, 15 September and 15 December. Holidays may delay shipping.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

We do not have auto-renewals enabled. In the last box we send you, we will include a little note to notify you that your GM Treasures adventure is coming to a close. If you want to get more GM Treasures, just visit our shop and buy this product again or try another series. If you do not wish to continue receiving our boxes, you don’t need to take any action: there is no automatic renewal or continuation.

RETURN POLICY/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at kontakt@gewand-manufaktur.com with details of the product and the defect, photos, and any other necessary information and we will process your replacement/refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

In cases of broken items we may direct you to the original manufacturer and ask you to process your replacement through them.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You can cancel the receipt of GM Treasure boxes at any time. Due to the fact that we procure all items all-year round for all four boxes of every GM Treasure product, some of which are made to order and/or made to measure for GM Treasures, it is not possible for us to refund a part of the whole amount of your GM Treasure product. REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. Broken items:
    1. At Gewand Manufaktur’s discretion, If an item arrives broken or in an unusable condition due to manufacturing error or shipping damage we will replace the item or provide replacement parts/instructions free of charge. We may ask you to mail the item back to us for repair. If we ask you to mail the item back, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to do this, save your box for the shipping!
    2. If an item breaks after arrival due to manufacturing error during normal use, then we will replace/repair the item as described above in section 1.1.
    3. Our warranty does not extend to items that:
      1. Have been purposely damaged
      2. Burned, cut, or modified
      3. Damaged though abuse or neglect
  2. Wrong Size items:
    1. If an item arrives in a size other than that was ordered, we will replace the item after the item is mailed back to us. We will provide a shipping label for this.
      1. Some items in GM Treasures - Nobility and Royalty may not be available in the exact size you ordered, in these cases we will send you the closest available.
    2. 1 year limited warranty
      1. Items that are manufactured by Gewand Manufaktur come with a limited 1 year warranty for repair or replacement at the discretion of Gewand Manufaktur.
      2. Our warranty does not extend to items that:
        1. Have be purposely damaged
        2. Burned, cut, or modified
        3. Damaged though abuse or neglect
      3. Items purchased more than 12 months ago may be eligable for repairs or replacement parts, we may charge for repairs, please contact for more information kontakt@gewand-manufaktur.com.
    3. Items from other manufacturers may have their own warranties and we will uphold those. For more information about a specific manufacturers you can either contact us or the manufacturer.
