A wonderful style of overcoat for the middle and upper middle class of 14th century Europe. It's shape offers comfort and movability.
You can combine it with many other clothes and accessories, such as a kirtle underneath, a fancy belt around the waist, or a hood to cover the neck and shoulders. It was not uncommon to see the long sleeve flaps dagged or decorated with stitching and pearls.
Our wool is woven according to our own recipe to get the best possible historical weft. It is woven 2-2, resulting in a very fine diagonally lined surface. It can be naturally dyed with dyes made from plants. The weaving, dying and cutting processes all take place in Germany.
Please note that plant-dyed garments take a little longer to make, due to the special dying process. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
